Job Title: Marketing Intern

Location: Sacramento, CA

Responsibilities: As a Marketing Intern at S+B James Construction, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of a social media strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn.
  • Helping develop, quality check, and assemble RFP and RFQ packages.
  • Creating and coordinating the production of marketing materials.
  • Performing data entry and quality control for the company’s CRM system.
  • Planning and coordinating internal and external events, including attendee coordination, marketing materials, and logistics.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for the Marketing and Executive team.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work beyond assigned tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus but not required.
